Executive Assistant

Tonya serves as an Executive Assistant at Schroon Law, providing essential administrative and organizational support to ensure the firm operates efficiently.  She manages scheduling, client communications, and document organization, and the coordination of meetings and closings, helping to keep the team focused on client service.  

 

With a background as a product manager, Tonya brings strong expertise in systems design, workflow optimization, and procedural improvement.  She leverages this experience to streamline office operations, enhance internal processes, and support the adoption of new technology platforms.  Her strategic mindset and eye for efficiency help the firm maintain consistency and excellence across both legal and administrative functions.

Apple Jane Mortel

Paralegal & Marketing Consultant

Apple serves as both a Paralegal and Marketing Consultant, supporting the firm's legal work and business operations.  She assists with client communications, legal document preparation, case management, and overall workflow coordination, ensuring matters are handled accurately and efficiently.  Her organizational skills and attention to detail help maintain smooth operations and enhance the client experience.  

In addition to her legal support role, Apple leads the firm's marketing efforts.  She manages social media, develops strategic content, and strengthens client engagement across digital platforms.  By combining her expertise in legal administration with her background in marketing, Apple plays an integral role in both delivering excellent client service and advancing the firm's growth.  

Patricia Fruelda

Administrative & Operations Consultant

Patricia brings a wealth of experience in administrative support and operational management to Schroon Law.  With a strong background in accounting, financial management, and legal support, Patricia manages the firm's bookkeeping and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations.

 

In addition to her accounting expertise, Patricia supports the firm with paralegal responsibilities, including document preparation, client communication, and case management.  Her combined skills in both finance and legal administration allow her to provide seamless support across multiple facets of the firm's work.
